Karakoram Highway to face intermittent closure at Dasu section
China's CCECC issues new schedule for road closures to remove hazardous boulders
China Civil Engineering and Construction Corporation (CCECC) has announced new timings of road closure at Karakoram Highway (KKH-01) near Dasu.
This closure will be in the part of K-1 590 to K-1+570 to remove blasting and evacuation haulage of materials and removal of risky boulders from the edge.
Road closure time will be given as follows:

Note: This road closure is for existing KKH has been approved by the Dasu HPP stakeholders.
Commuters are advised to use Komaila Bypass during the traffic closure times on KKH
